A Pamper Day at Bath Spa

As I live in Bristol, I visit Bath quite a lot as it’s only a 10 min train ride away. My fave thing to do when I’m there is have a day at the spa. It’s a boujee day out so is ideal as a gift to someone or if you’re celebrating a special occasion buuuuut, if you just feel like treating ya self for absolutely no reason at all that’s fine too.

It’s a good idea to head to the spa early – this way you miss the crowds and get to witness the stunning morning sky as you bathe. If you want to go when it is less busy, go around lunch time or on a weekday rather than weekend…it can get pretty busy and I have had to que outside for a while a couple of times.

What’s in the spa?

The spa consists of 2 pools, a wellness suite and a cafe and terrace bar to grab a bite to eat or drink.

Pools – There is a large rooftop pool with lovely views of the city below and an inside pool with a relaxing (very subtle) lazy river and jacuzzi style section.

Wellness suite – Consists of 2 scented steam rooms, an infrared sauna, an ice room and a celestial relaxation room.

Food and Drink – There is cafe where you can sit in your robes and enjoy a cuppa and cake or if you’re more hungry, go all out and grab a light meal. There is also a new bar opening.

How much is it?

Monday to Friday – £36

Weekend – £40

For this price you get 2 hours in the spa.

Can you get treatments too?

There are quite a few spa treatments to choose from, but these come at an additional price and are all pretttyyy expensive.

Thinking of heading to Bath Spa?

Let me know if you love it just as much as I do…
